Racing Classes/Rules
Helmets required for all drivers All cars will be registered in one of 4 classes: “Junior Dragster”, “Street Legal”, “Modified” or “Dragster”. Please register in the class that best represents your car’s performance capability. Street practice will use a full, 5 tenths heads-up tree. Modified and Dragster practice will use heads up, pro tree. Street eliminations will use full 5 tenths handicap tree with breakout. Modified and Dragster classes will use handicapped(dial in), pro tree with breakout. Dial-ins should be based on your quickest ET. Single elimination rounds. First through third place trophies will be awarded in 4 classes. Cash prize for 1st Place.
Eliminations:
Handicap dial in for all classes
Street-Full sportsman tree - Open to all cars slower than 11.00. First round 3:00pm. Single round eliminations. Must meet safety requirements (call for details). Slicks allowed. 13.99 or quicker with slicks, must have drive line loop. No hub caps, beauty rings, loose batteries/radiators/parts in trunk, etc.
Modified - Pro tree - 9.00 - 10.99. First round 3:00pm. Subject to NHRA safety tech inspection (call for details). 9.90 or quicker requires roll bar. Proper safety equipment based on your car’s performance required (call for details).
Dragster - Pro tree - 8.99 and quicker. First round 3:00pm. Subject to NHRA safety tech inspection (call for details). Proper safety equipment based on your car’s performance required (call for details).
